1. Scope and operator
FluentAuth is provided by WPManageNinja LLC (“we”, “us” or “WPManageNinja”), with a registered office at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. These terms govern use of fluentauth.com and optional FluentAuth services operated by us. Contact us through WPManageNinja's contact page.
If you use a service on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to act for it. If you do not agree to the applicable website or hosted-service terms, do not use those services. Your rights to the open-source plugin are governed separately by its licence, as explained below.
2. Open-source plugin licence
FluentAuth is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, as stated in the plugin package. The applicable open-source licences govern copying, modification, redistribution and use of the software. These terms do not replace those licences or impose additional restrictions on rights they grant.
Trademark rights, website content and access to a separately operated hosted service are distinct from the software licence. A copy of the plugin does not by itself include a promise of hosted-service access, a service-level agreement or individual support. Refer to the licence included with your installed package and the source repository.
3. Availability and pricing
The features shown on this website are included in the $0 plugin, subject to the release labels displayed with them. A feature labelled with a version number is available from that release onwards, not in earlier ones.
We may introduce a Pro version in the future. The features shown on this site will remain available in the free plugin; we will not remove them from that offering or move them behind a paywall. This commitment does not guarantee perpetual compatibility, uninterrupted hosted services or support for every WordPress environment.
Software can change between releases and may contain defects. Test an update on a suitable environment and maintain backups before applying it to a live site. Any future paid product or service must present its applicable price and commercial terms separately. These terms do not create a subscription, charge or refund policy for a product you have not purchased.
4. Your site and responsibilities
You are responsible for having permission to configure and monitor the sites you manage, choosing suitable settings, maintaining backups, protecting credentials and complying with applicable law. Give users appropriate privacy information and obtain consent where required for enabled integrations.
Test login limits, role restrictions, verification and recovery methods before requiring them broadly. Maintain a working recovery route. Your hosting configuration, email delivery, connected providers, custom code and other plugins can affect behaviour.
FluentAuth does not include a firewall or promise to detect every intrusion, vulnerability or malicious file. Logs, findings and file comparisons provide information for investigation. They do not certify that a site is secure or clean. Documentation and articles provide general product guidance and do not replace an assessment of your particular site.
5. Recovery actions and data changes
Some controls intentionally interrupt access or replace data. Signing everyone out invalidates sessions and revokes application passwords. Password-reset requests require users to complete the reset. File restoration or reinstallation can overwrite intended modifications, and optional key rotation can affect other plugins.
Read the action's confirmation, preserve necessary records and backups, and consider connected services before proceeding. Recovery tools support your response; the underlying cause and any affected accounts, database content, devices or infrastructure still need investigation.
6. Optional services and third parties
Scan-report delivery requires a separately configured connection. You are responsible for supplying accurate site and recipient information, protecting service credentials and having authority to send the submitted information. Our privacy policy explains the information sent.
Optional services may be changed, interrupted or suspended for maintenance, security, abuse prevention or legal requirements. No guaranteed delivery time, uptime or monitoring response is included unless expressly agreed in writing. Where practicable, we will communicate material service changes through the service or an appropriate contact channel.
WordPress.org, hosting companies, mail services and social-login providers operate independently and have their own terms. Their availability, pricing or API changes may affect integrations. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete records already held by another provider.
7. Acceptable use of our website and services
Do not use our hosted services to gain unauthorised access, send unlawful or abusive material, disclose information you have no right to provide, distribute malware, impersonate another party or interfere with service availability. We may restrict hosted-service access when necessary to address those activities. Such restrictions do not revoke rights you already hold under the plugin's open-source licence.
Keep confidential information out of public support channels. Report suspected product vulnerabilities privately through our contact channel so they can be investigated without exposing site owners.
8. Website content and branding
Website text, design, graphics and branding belong to their respective rights holders. You may link to our pages and use material where permission, an applicable licence or the law allows. Do not imply endorsement or affiliation without permission. Third-party reviews and profile images remain attributable to their original authors.
This section does not restrict the plugin's GPL rights or override a separate licence attached to a particular asset. Product names and logos do not become freely licensed trademarks merely because software is open source.
9. Warranties and liability
The plugin's licence contains its applicable warranty and liability provisions. For the website and optional services, to the extent permitted by law, we provide them on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WPManageNinja is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, business interruption or loss of data arising from use of the website or optional services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. No provision overrides protections you have under applicable law.
10. Changes, disputes and contact
We may revise these terms as the website and services develop. The date above identifies the current version. Where a material change requires notice or agreement, we will provide it as required by law. Changes to these website or service terms do not retroactively remove rights granted under an open-source licence.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive remedies or jurisdiction protections available under applicable law. Contact us with a description of a concern so we can try to resolve it.
